KnS Web Works (knswebworks.co.uk) is the data controller for any personal data collected through this site. For anything in this policy, or to exercise any of the rights below, email contact@knswebworks.co.uk.

The only personal data this site collects is what you choose to submit through the contact form: your name, business name, email address, the budget range you select, and whatever project details you type in. We don't run analytics or tracking scripts, so we don't collect anything passively as you browse — see the Cookie Policy for the full picture.

To reply to your enquiry and, if a project goes ahead, to scope and deliver the work. We rely on legitimate interest to respond to enquiries sent to us, and on your consent when you submit the form.

Contact form submissions are sent by email, via our provider Resend, straight to our inbox — we don't hold a separate database of enquiries. The site itself is hosted on Vercel. Neither processor uses your data for anything beyond delivering or hosting this site.

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond to you and, if we work together, for the duration of the engagement and for as long as UK tax law requires afterwards (typically six years for business records).

Under UK GDPR, you can ask us to:

• Give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correct anything that's inaccurate
• Delete your data
• Restrict or object to how it's used
• Provide it to you in a portable format

This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
